They sell bacon and they have awesome waitress'

The place you want to go for breakfast is here and the place you want to go to lunch is here. They sell bacon so that makes them a good restaurant. They have good services. The waitress' rock. Once you get there in your mind your thinking oh geese i don't want to leave but I have plans. So Cozy Oaks is a place to go if you're really hungry and want a lot of food and have a price limit. So don't think twice about it and go to the restaurant. Plus the boss and owner Rick is awesome!

This is my fvorite place in Lakeland for breakfast. The prices are good and the food is tasty. I love hashbrowns and this is one of the few restrants that serves them. Plus it's a nice walking distance from my house.

My co-workers and I go a couple of times each week for lunch. The food is very good and the menu has a variety of items. So if you're hungry for breakfast at lunch, or want a full meal of meat and veggies w/soup or salad, or just a sandwich and soup, Cozy Oaks is the place to go.
